Brief Employer Description

Apprentice Admin Assistant required to work for a company who provide accountancy and book-keeping services

Main Duties & Responsibilities

-Dealing with general enquiries mainly by phone and some face to face enquiries
-Filing and photocopying - the company have a clerical filing system
-Scanning documents onto the company systems and filing hard copies
-Using Word/Excel and Database to update and maintain client records
-Checking various documentation against clerical lists and contacting clients to let them know which documents are missing
