Brief Employer Description

Apprentice Customer Support Advisor required to provide a comprehensive first line support function to customers.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

-Provide 1st line support to customers, maintenance of online helpfiles and documents
-Contribution to the operational product development process, feedback, wish list logging
-Provide 1st line support for technical queries, phone queries and other support issues
-Take ownership for and resolving escalated queries and complaints
-Maintain awareness of issues affecting customers
-Ensure own project and technical knowledge is continually updated and communicated to customers
