Administration/Payroll Assistant Apprentice to work for a well established and professional Chartered Accountants and Tax Consultants
Main Duties & Responsibilities
This is a dual role that's based between a Reception/Admin and Payroll function.
Working on Reception and switchboard, taking incoming calls and relaying messages, as well as greeting clients face to face in a professional manner.
Typing up post labels, putting post into envelopes, weighing and franking post
Typing documents, letters from Directors and inputting data and use of internal CRM IT System
Data processor duties in the payroll function, carrying out all necessary services that a payroll bureau offers.

- Must be able to work under pressure
- Computer literate
- GCSE English and Maths A*- C
