Brief Employer Description

Apprentice Administrator required to work for a local recruitment agency based in St Helens

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Updating jobs boards, websites and social media i.e. Facebook and Twitter
Production of candidate CV’s, compilation of job descriptions with guidance etc
Contacting candidates re their CV’s and booking necessary appointments into outlook diary
Sending interview confirmations, filing and checking ID of Candidates
Collating and dispatching invoices for customers
Use of Word Excel and on occasion Powerpoint
