Brief Employer Description

Apprentice Admin/Customer Service Assistant required for a local company who supply a range of clothing with printed & embroidered logos

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Answering the phone
Dealing with customers by phone and face to face
Inputting invoices using company systems
Replying to emails and social media enquiries including Facebook, Twitter and Instagram
Checking off customer orders
General office duties including filing and photocopying

  • Computer literate
  • No experience is required as full training is provided
