Brief Employer Description

Apprentice Administration Assistant required for a company who install, modernise, service and repair a full range of lift products

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Update Haydock Installation Tracker on a daily basis
Collate site files & issue to relevant Sub Contractor
Participate in Department team meetings, providing updates to actions from previous months meeting
Scan/input returned site file documents checking for accuracy and completion
Ensure all equipment is off hired by HSS by liaising with on site personnel
Ensure all Orders are raised correctly and follow up quote requests with relevant supplier
