Brief Employer Description

Administration Apprentice is required for a leading global housewares supplier. The role will be to offer administration support to the export and sales department

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Communicate on a daily basis with internal departments, Area Sales Managers and customers via telephone and email
Produce all export documentation as required by the country of destination and terms of sale to meet legal requirements
Prepare and issue all shipping documentation
Data Inputting
Daily administrative tasks
Undertake any other duties as required providing administrative support to departments as requested by the Sales Administration Manager
