Brief Employer Description

Customer Service Apprentice required for a national concert promoter and venue operator, based in Liverpool, they promote a wide variety of entertainment tours and concerts in various genres; from acoustic to metal, pop to hip hop, comedy to spoken word, mostly in London, Manchester and Liverpool, but also regularly in Birmingham, Leeds, Brighton, Newcastle, Glasgow and other smaller towns and cities.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

The apprentice will assist members of staff across the business, working on a variety of projects such as
Social Media
Venue Diaries
Support local band bookings
Box Office
Event Management

Required Skills, Qualifications & Personal Qualifications

Required Skills

  • Computer literate
  • No experience is required as full training is provided

Further required skills

A strong interest in music is preferable and the ability to demonstrate and discuss this in detail. You must have a flexible approach as you will be involved in a variety of different aspects of promotion and events
No experience is required as full training will be given
