Brief Employer Description

Apprentice Travel Consultant required to work for a local Coach Holidays company based in St Helens

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Dealing with customer holiday enquiries and bookings
Providing some operational assistance - contacting and sending emails to hotels for room bookings
Dealing with a wide range of customer enquiries via telephone
General admin tasks such as filing, scanning and photocopying, displaying posters in shop window
Updating company booking systems and social media platforms

Must be prepared to work across 2 offices (Town Centre and 1 day per week in Baxters Lane)

Basic IT skills including Word, Excel and Outlook
Candidates should have a genuine interest in working within the travel industry
