Brief Employer Description

Apprentice Stores Assistant required to work for a local Electrical Wholesalers

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Receiving incoming phone calls/making outgoing calls
Meeting and greeting customers on the trade counter
Checking deliveries against orders, picking orders from stock and maintaining stock levels
Responding to customer emails
Keeping the trade counter organised, clean and tidy
Promoting offers to customers
Maintaining accurate records
