Brief Employer Description

A social enterprise that works across the North of England and North Wales who are looking to recruit an Apprentice to provide administrative support to the Learning & Development team, be responsible for training administration and the work with the Learning Technology Co-ordinator on the Learning Management System (LMS - Learning Pool) and maintain team financial records

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities will centre on administration tasks within the Learning and Development team, in particular working to maintain and update their Learning management System – Learning Pool.
• Support the administration of the LMS - Learning Pool by adding people to courses, create sign-in lists, update attendance and run appropriate reports for the organisation.

• To support the L&D team to arrange learning and development workshops, booking time, resources, contacting delegates, sending out invites and information in a timely fashion
