Brief Employer Description

A privately-owned property group, active in some of the world’s most dynamic cities, consists of two main areas of business; Direct investment and Indirect investment

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the team in a wide range of activities
• Ensure a high standard of administration, support and guidance
• Supporting external advisors, Liverpool One team and wider Europe
• Responsible for the management of invoice tracking and payments
• Responsible for processing team expenses
• Meeting room booking, se
• IT support (Video Conferences).
• File and e-file Management, record keeping for including legal documentation
• Assist with the travel management for the Liverpool team: coordinating, bookings & organising diaries and where possible producing itinerary for business travel in line with Travel Policy
• Assist with proactive diary management of Liverpool One team.
• Assist with report formatting, presentations, minutes /actions when required.
• Adhoc assistance with Health and safety administrative support
