Apprentice Administrator/Receptionist required to work for a Liverpool based Chartered Accountants and Business Advisor Service

Main Duties & Responsibilities

-Meeting and greeting visitors, client refreshments
-Inbound telephone answering
-Post, scanning, logging inbound and outbound mail
-Appointment booking
-Photocopying and archiving
-Stationery ordering and stock control
-Ensure meeting rooms are clean and tidy
-General administrative tasks
