Apprentice Conveyancing Administrator required to work for a leading solicitors based in St Helens

Main Duties & Responsibilities

-Sending out and following up quotes/estimates for clients and land registry enquiries
-Ringing clients to check they have received quotes
-Inputting data onto the company CRM system for which full training will be provided
-Updating information on company CRM system
-Undertaking general administrative tasks including filing and photocopying
-Role will develop into liaising with Estate Agents
