Brief Employer Description

Apprentice Customer Service/Administrator required to work for a specialised same day courier company based in St Helens

Main Duties & Responsibilities

-Ensuring all delivery and collection requirements are in line with both the Customer requirements and company standards
-Liaising with the Operations team and Delivery Drivers to make sure customers are kept up to date with delivery and collection times
-Maintain knowledge of driver's locations and availability and book additional customer deliveries with customers as required
-Ensure that customers are kept up to date with details of delivery and collection times and update company systems
-Allocate costs to drivers relating to a particular job
-General admin tasks including data input and electronic filing
