Trainee Digital Marketing Executive to work for a recruitment and executive search business based in Newton Le Willows

Main Duties & Responsibilities
The purpose of the role is to provide business development and marketing support in all areas of the business:
Website management – literature and vacancy updates and SEO tracking.
Social media management - this includes LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
Creating blogs relating to industry news and company updates.
Creating full marketing campaigns via digital routes (written, video, podcasts, interactive brochures etc).
Learning then taking a lead role in the company’s new digital marketing platform.
Proactively target candidates and clients with promotional material.
Identifying and approaching desired target clients and creating awareness and dialogue via warm and cold emailing strategies.
Assisting the business to build sales pipelines ready for follow-up calls.
Making your own follow-up calls under the guidance of our highly experienced Managing Director.
Answering the phones and diverting calls to the sales team.
All related marketing and sales administration.
Pre-emptive back fill pipeline management.
Crafting existing clients & clients competitors email campaigns (have a different email for every discipline).
Supplying the sales team with leads.
Management of the companies CRM system (sales and marketing database).

    Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
    IT skills – well versed in Microsoft software packages, namely: Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.
    Any experience with a CRM system would be advantageous
    Outstanding creative writing skills - the ability to create thought provoking and original content will be a big advantage
