We are seeking a Financial Services professional who is interested in training to become a Teacher in this field, to join our expanding team and learn how to deliver high-quality training courses and study programmes to adults and young people.
Initially you will undertake extensive shadowing with our fully qualified and experienced AAT Tutor, work closely with our Quality Manager, and then take responsibility for your own reduced caseload of learners. Your training and development will be reviewed carefully to ensure that you are developing as a Teacher. Once you are ready, you will begin to deliver our seven-month AAT Study Programme to young people as well as our Level 1 & 2 AAT Accounts & Bookkeeping courses to adults.
Quality is at the heart of our offer, so you will need to be able to display a track record of accuracy and compliance throughout your career. In time, you will learn about lesson planning, schemes of work, learner journeys, Ofsted requirements, how to manage a classroom, and how to assess learning.

- . We are looking for a candidate who offers the following;
AAT qualification at Level 3 or higher
Willingness to work towards a Level 5 Diploma in Education & Training as well as a Level 3 Award in Education & Training
Ability to motivate and inspire clients from all manner of backgrounds
Ideally you will also possess the following or be willing to work towards;
Knowledge of ESFA/AEB funding streams
