Main Duties & Responsibilities
We are seeking a passionate and motivational individual to join our growing team, to access high-quality structured training to then deliver a range of first-class and impactful courses to a diverse range of client groups, including unemployed people, businesses and young people. As part of this role your study towards a Level 5 Diploma in Education & Training will be fully funded.

Initially you will undertake extensive shadowing with our fully qualified and experienced AAT Tutor, work closely with our Quality Manager, and then take responsibility for your own reduced caseload of learners. Your training and development will be reviewed carefully to ensure that you are developing as a Teacher. Once you are ready, you will begin to deliver our seven-month AAT Study Programme to young people as well as our Level 1 & 2 AAT Accounts & Bookkeeping courses to adults.

Quality is at the heart of our offer, so you will need to be able to display a track record of accuracy and compliance throughout your career. In time, you will learn about lesson planning, schemes of work, learner journeys, Ofsted requirements, how to manage a classroom, and how to assess learning.

Required Skills

  • . We are looking for a candidate who offers the following;

    AAT qualification at Level 3 or higher

    Willingness to work towards a Level 5 Diploma in Education & Training as well as a Level 3 Award in Education & Training

    Ability to motivate and inspire clients from all manner of backgrounds

    Ideally you will also possess the following or be willing to work towards;

    Knowledge of ESFA/AEB funding streams
