Brief Employer Description

Customer Service Apprentice

Main Duties & Responsibilities
Duties will include
Liaise with customers to confirm and process orders
Work closely with the accounts department making sure payments are accurate and taken timely
Process supplier invoices
Deal with suppliers and issues that may arise
Support the accounts department as and when necessary
General office duties such as filing and taking calls

  • No experience is required as full training is provided
