Brief Employer Description

Apprentice Administrator required to work for a local medical centre based in St Helens.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
Dealing with patient queries via telephone and face to face
Maintaining confidentiality at all times
Opening, distributing mail with incoming mail both internal and external, dealing with outgoing mail
Liaising with other organisations such as hospitals, social services etc
Computer data entry and the maintenance of patient's records
Faxing, photocopying, scanning and filing hospital letters into patient records
Checking statistics against patient records electronically
