Routeway to Employment Programmes
St Helens Chamber works closely with local employers who have multiple vacancies to fill to create Routeway to Employment Programmes.
These programmes involve attendees completing a number of short training courses, which give them the skills and qualifications needed to apply for their roles – and at the end each person who completes the course gets a guaranteed interview!
Each trainee will be supported throughout their training by our qualified Careers Advisers, who will ensure that your CV is up to date and that you are fully prepped for interviews.

Roles: Care Assistant, Residential Support Worker, Support Worker
Join St Helens Chamber for this new Health and Social care Routeway to Employment programme where you can get all the skills and qualifications you need to hit the ground running in one of the many roles available with these local employers.
Anyone who completes the training successfully will get a guaranteed interview with one of the above employers – alongside support from our expert Careers Advisers who can help you write your CV, prepare for interviews and more!

*Participants must be aged 19+, living in the Liverpool City Region and in receipt of benefits to be eligible for the training and guaranteed interview. However, all are welcome to apply directly.
