Typical Duties of a Warehousing Apprentice

There are no set duties in Warehousing Apprenticeships.  Being a Warehouse Apprentice will mean you’re likely to do a variety of jobs; such as taking delivery of goods into a warehouse for sorting, stacking and storage, picking and packing items for dispatch as they are sent on their way to our high streets, businesses, out-of-town stores and keeping records of your stock. Therefore it is important that you can be adaptable and be able to bring enthusiasm and energy with each task you face.

A Warehousing Apprenticeship can give you with several options to advance in your profession. Warehouse Apprenticeships are available in practically every location of the UK and at all times of year.

The more experience you earn, the more options you will have; with experience, you may be able to become a team leader, shift supervisor, or warehouse manager.
