Level 2 Diploma in Business and Administration

When completing an Apprenticeship with us, you will gain a nationally recognised Level 2 qualification in Business and Administration. Start dates are flexible through the year and alongside your work experience proves to employers that you have the skills and knowledge to perform business administration tasks to a high standard.
Duration: 12-14 months
Course content: Students will gain a a solid all-round understanding of business administration from this diploma. This qualification will help Apprentices develop a broad base of knowledge about their role and the wider business context they work in. Study includes key areas such as communication, managing performance and working with others. There are options for Apprentices to study a range of optional units which can be tailored to support specific roles and contexts; such a minute taking, handling mail and reception services.
Progression: Trainees undertaking this course can progress with us onto a Level 3 or Level 4 qualification in Business Administration.

Business Admin Apprentice Job Role

Business Administration Apprentices will help with the day to day running of a business, making sure everything runs as smoothly as possible. They must be flexible and able to think on their feet, as every day will be different and you can never predict what may happen.
