Routeway into Employment Programmes

pexels-sora-shimazaki-5668858-minThroughout the year, St Helens Chamber run a range of routeway programmes designed to quickly equip you with the skills you need to enter the workplace.

We work closely with local employers to secure exclusive vacancies for people who have completed the routeway programme. Each routeway is different, but all include a guaranteed interview for one of the live roles on offer with the employer on completion of the training.

Anyone successfully completing the routeway will have a new qualification for their CV, and a chance to interview with the employer. If unsuccessful at interview, the team at the Chamber will continue to work with you to find you a suitable role locally.
