Introduction to Trainer Skills

The Introduction to Trainer Skills course is designed to provide you with a sound introduction to training. This course will equip you with the skills, knowledge and abilities in order to set the foundations to become an effective trainer.

On completion of the Introduction to Trainer Skills course, you will be able to plan, deliver and evaluate effective training, no matter what the content of the subject you are delivering.

 
This course is based on the training cycle, covering the five main areas:

Identifying learners needs
Planning (including session planning)
Delivery (you will be required to deliver a 10 minute session, planned during the course)
Assessment
Evaluation (self, peer group and course evaluation)

 
Course location and duration:

Location: Our Introduction to Trainer Skills Course is held at St Helens Chamber.

Duration: This is a 2 day course, usually ran consecutively from 9:30am-16:00pm (See each individual course date for specific times and details).
