This course has been designed to enhance your understanding of digital marketing, and provide you with the knowledge to create your own social media and SEO strategy. Digital marketing is used in a wide variety of sectors, and many job roles now have responsibility for promoting a business not just the advertising and marketing department.
This qualification will aim to introduce you to the concepts of digital promotion that can be used in a business setting.
To complete this course you should have previous experience of using computers and a good understanding of areas such as file management and internet browsing, along with some experience of digital marketing.
This course is delivered over 4 full days at our Clickworks building. Times are 9.30am-4.00pm.
The course will cover:
- Digital promotion for business – In this unit you will gain a broad overview of digital marketing and investigate a range of digital promotional activities, such as email marketing, social media and SEO.
- Search engine optimisation for business – You will gain a summary of the purpose of SEO, and how it can be used to increase online traffic for a business. This will include designing an SEO strategy for a business.
- Social media – You will research how to use social media channels to engage with different audiences, and will create your own online identity for business.
