Customer Service (Level 2)

This FREE course is for those who work, or aim to work within the customer service sector. It will develop knowledge and understanding of the principles of effective customer service, and develop the practical skills required.

You will work towards completing two units across 8 days;

  • Delivery of effective customer service
  • Supporting the customer service environment.

Upon completion of this course you may wish to progress onto a Level 2/3 qualification or Apprenticeship in Customer Service, Retail Skills, Contact Centre Operations or Business Administration.

Alternatively it will enhance your CV to support you in finding employment or promotion opportunities within a Customer Service-based role.
