Our friendly team are on hand to teach you everything you need to know, and this is a great way to learn a new skill and meet new people with in a relaxed environment.
Duration: 36 weeks (one session per week during term time)
Time: 6pm- 9pm
Start date: 7th September (enrolment)
Qualification: City and Guilds Level 1 Diploma in Bricklaying
Course content:
This course is designed for learners aged 19+ who are looking for a course to help them learn the basics of bricklaying for home improvements and to get into work.
The course contents includes:
- Health, safety and welfare
- Principles of building and construction, information and communications.
- Setting out and building masonry constructions and damp proof courses.
- Cavity walling
- Bricklaying activities
