We want to help you through these difficult times, and know that finding and securing employment is more important than ever. For safety reasons and in line with Government advice we have suspended all classroom training, but have adapted our approach so you can continue to add new skills or qualifications to your CV – even if you’re self-isolating or social distancing.

Telephone appointments

If you’ve been made redundant or are searching for work, we understand your search for work cannot simply stop due to COVID-19. So our Careers advisers are offering telephone appointments, where we can go over anything from general careers advice to CV writing and interview skills. These appointments will give you the chance to get free, impartial advice no matter what your situation and can be booked by calling 01744 698800 or by emailing

Remote Training

As classroom training has been suspended in line with government advice, our digital training team are now delivering courses remotely using Google Classrooms. This means you can work on your Digital skills from the comfort and safety of your own home, with an expert training adviser to help you make the most of the session; giving you the opportunity to build essential digital skills to help you stand out to employers.

Training will be delivered in Digital Marketing (Level 2), Microsoft Essentials, Digital Marketing and Digital Skills for Jobseekers and each course will provide a great addition to your CV.


Redundancy support

If you’ve been made redundant due to the impact of COVID-19 (or any other reason), we can help support you with careers advice and funding for retraining. Our team can help you ensure your skills and qualifications are up to date so you can get back into the workplace quickly. We also have strong connections with local businesses and can help you find the right vacancy for you.
