St Helens Chamber are excited to again be organising a series of careers events in our local primary Schools in the summer term of 2019.
The purpose of these events is to enable young people to explore the world of work, giving them the opportunity to meet adults from the local business community.
The event is a carousel style based activity, the children are in small groups and travel around the carousel to interview the businesses about their careers, education, skills qualification etc (there is no need to prepare anything in advance as the direction of the questions come from the children).
Each event will start at 9.30 and we hope to be finished around 11.00 – 11.30.

13th June – Oakdene Primary, Rainhill
14th June – St James Primary, Haydock, St Helens
18th June – St Theresa’s, Sutton, St Helens
20th June – Sutton oak, Sutton, St Helens
21st June – Wargrave, Newton le Willows
24th June – Carr Mill Primary School, St Helens
25th June – Willow Tree Primary School, Sutton , St Helens
5th July – Queens Park Primary, St Helens
