St Helens Chamber already run a wide range of courses, that are free to employees aged 19+ living in the Liverpool City Region, but the Chamber is now adding even more Level 3 courses so trainees can take their learning one step further.

Laura Brogden, Head of Career Development at St Helens Chamber, explained: “We’ve had a fantastic response from businesses around the region looking for a skills refresh during and after the lockdown.

“Based on this demand, we’re now introducing some new Level 3 qualifications, along with some other exciting new training courses, so that trainees can build an even wider range of skills with us.”

The new courses include:

  • AAT Level 3 Award in Bookkeeping
  • Level 3 Information, Advice and Guidance
  • Functional Skills (Maths & English)
  • Health and Safety
  • Level 2 Construction

Laura continued: “Each of these new courses comes with an accredited qualification, and our construction training with a free CSCS card which is required to work on most sites.

“It is important to recognise the achievements of each trainee, and the qualifications help trainees demonstrate their knowledge to employers too.”

Training is flexible, and exclusive training can be arranged for your employees subject to numbers.
