Following the success of the previous Jobs & Apprenticeships Fair, St Helens Chamber is seeking employers to exhibit at the next event in January.
The Jobs and Apprenticeships Fair attracts jobseekers from across the region, who are actively looking to start a new role. The January event aims to replicate the success of the last fair, where over 100 attendees came looking for local roles.
Mike Unsworth, Career Development Manager at St Helens Chamber, explained: “The Jobs Fair in September saw some fantastic outcomes for both employers and jobseekers, and we were glad we were able to connect local people with some fantastic local businesses.
“We expect the January Jobs & Apprenticeships Fair to be just as popular, especially as people are looking to start the New Year with a new role. From our work with local employers, we know that people are more becoming more confident in hiring again; the Jobs & Apprenticeships Fair is a great place to start your search for the perfect candidate.”
The Jobs & Apprenticeships Fair is taking place on 25th January, 11am-3pm at Mercure Hotel St Helens and already has some fantastic employers signed up to attend, including:

Mike continued: “Exhibitor places are completely free and come with lots of social media coverage before the event and a place in our online programme which goes to all attendees. We are looking for employers from all sectors, so if you have vacancies coming up, please do get in touch.”
