According to the Office of National Statistics, more than 130 million days are lost to sickness absence every year in the UK, and working age ill health has an annual cost to the economy of more than £100 billion.

Over the last 10 years there has been a growing body of evidence showing the financial benefits enjoyed by businesses that implement well being programmes including reduced sickness, improved productivity and  reduced staff turnover as well as creating a happier place to work.

St.Helens Council is hosting a Business Workplace Health Fair on Wednesday 22nd November 2017 at St Helens RFC, McManus Drive, St Helens, WA9 3AL , 11.00 am – 2.00pm.
