St Helens Chamber is pleased to offer a new qualification in ‘Providing Financial Services’.
This new course is designed for people working in administrative or supporting roles in the Financial Services sector. There are a range of different pathways available, each tailored to suit different businesses in the sector, including: General Insurance, Banking, Financing and Credit, Administration for Mortgage and/or Financial Planning Intermediaries, Customer Payments for Financial Products and Services and Debt Collections.
Our Workforce Development team can work with you to make sure that the training is tailored to suit the individual requirements of your business.
The qualification will ensure your staff are able to deliver customer service to the highest level, as well as providing knowledge on the regulations and guidelines that they must adhere to in their day to day working practices.
Training is flexible and can start any time of year. Most of the training takes place in the workplace to minimise disruption
to your business, complemented by a range of seminars on key business topics.
