Chamber Member and managing director of Luxor Group, Paul Nicholson, will deliver a seminar at The Property Investor & Homebuyer Show at ExCel London.
The event is one of the country’s biggest property exhibitions and is spread over two days, bringing together investors, home buyers, landlords and property professionals.
Paul is set to speak about the potential for investment and opportunities in St Helens during his seminar at the event.
He explains: “St Helens is a great town brimming with opportunity, so I am excited to attend The Property Investor & Homebuyer Show to showcase its potential to investors from across the UK and abroad.
“Many investors are now looking to regions outside of London for new and exciting opportunities and I believe towns in and around Liverpool can take advantage of this.”
Luxor Group have recently acquired the former Tyrers department store building on Bridge Street, with the view to converting it into luxury apartments above a retail space.
The iconic department store closed its doors last year, after 128 years of trading.
Paul said: “My seminar will not only discuss the Tyrers project, which is currently in planning, but also my overall experience of property development.”
“I will talk about the highs and lows of property development and hopefully impart some useful insight for aspiring developers and professionals.”
“This is a great opportunity to showcase St Helens and promote the town’s opportunities to an international audience.”
Paul has expanded his property portfolio from small buy-to-lets to large scale multi-million regeneration projects throughout the Liverpool City Region.
As a qualified solicitor specialising in property and finance, Paul’s seminar will draw on his industry insight to give aspiring developers the tools they need to be successful.
The Property Investor & Homebuyer Show will take place on Friday 28th April at ExCel London. To find out more about Luxor Group visit http://www.luxor-estates.com/
