Heart of Glass are excited to present their FREE festival of art and culture over three weekends in St Helens and Knowsley, 28th October – 13th November. Take Over is packed with performance, visual art, interactive experiences, workshops and films.

Astrology Bingo by Figs in Wigs

4th November, 8pm, Thatto Heath Labour Club

The world’s first ever cosmic game show for astrology lovers, bingo wingers and their sceptic friends. A bingo game based on players’ astrological charts, with live cabaret and an astrologer who will give a short reading of the sky on the night – perfect for a staff night out with a difference!

TOUCHY + ANTHOLOGY by 20 Stories High

5th November, 5.30pm The Citadel Theatre, St Helens

A double bill of live music, hip hop, film, and poetry, by young people from Liverpool. Made by young people for audiences 14-30 and a great experience for the whole family to enjoy.

 

Made of Stars by Turntable Theatre

11th – 13th November, 1pm – 4pm, St Mary’s Market St Helens

An immersive experience inside a giant pyramid, sharing real stories of hope and joy of displaced people, through epic soundscapes and film projections. This project has been getting lots of attention from local press including Liverpool Echo and Culture Liverpool and looks stunning!

Kids’ Show by Eggs Collective

12th November, 10am (Knowsley Community College) and 1pm (St Helens Town Hall)

A brand new show made especially for children and families with the help of year three children in local schools. This fun, energetic performance will feature comedy, music, and plenty of interactive moments.
