St Helens Chamber has introduced two new level 3 courses to their free course offer: AAT Accountancy and Information, Advice and Guidance. These two courses have been created so that local businesses can advance the skills of their employees and support their professional development with a prestigious qualification for free, or at a heavily discounted rate.
To claim a free place, the employee must live in the Liverpool City Region and be aged 19+. They also must not have another Level 3 qualification in any subject. If these criteria don’t apply, then businesses can benefit from a heavily discounted commercial rate on these courses – over half the price of other local providers.
Mike Unsworth, Guidance Services Manager at St Helens Chamber, commented: “We’re pleased to be able to offer these new level 3 courses as they give people the chance to develop their skills further and get a high-level qualification which will help them succeed in their day-to-day roles.
“Particularly in the Accountancy and Guidance sectors, it is important to keep employee’s skills up to date as there are so many updates and changes in the industry. Completing one of these new level 3 qualifications will ensure that their skills are current as well as adding to their knowledge.”
Both courses are delivered by expert staff who have industry knowledge and can help employees to relate their learning to their roles; ensuring they get the most possible out of the training.
The Level 3 Information, Advice and Guidance qualification is for those who give out advice and guidance in their roles in any capacity – this could apply to Careers Advisers, Customer Service staff, Receptionists and many more. Full course details can be found on the St Helens Chamber website.
AAT Level 3 in Accountancy is aimed at finance teams or accountants who are looking to develop their skills and make sure that they are up to date with the latest changes in the industry. Full course details can also be found on the Chamber site.
