In January, Luxor Group will open their doors to its re-branded Nicholson Lofts show apartment, giving the public an exclusive look at the Tyrers’ transformation.
The construction work to transform the 15,000 sq ft former department store into 15 luxury flats, is expected to be complete in early 2018, with tenants occupying the property shortly after.
