Delivered through monthly taught sessions at either St Helens or Liverpool Chamber, both programmes cover specific leadership and management topics, such as Leading People, Operational and Project Management, Finance, Self-Awareness, Problem Solving and Decision Making.

Recent Graduate, Lucy Swift , Office Manager at VLC Stairlift s said: “I decided to enrol onto the course because I wanted some validation in my job role by having an extra qualification. I was also looking to improve my leadership and management skills in order to move forward in my career.

“The programme was varied and covered aspects of leadership and management that I hadn’t come across before. I have enjoyed being able to learn new skills and apply them to work situations.
