Business Business School
It’s back to school time andwho are looking for Apprenticeships with local companies. On our Fast Track to Apprenticeship courses, students gain the skills and practical experience they need to move into the workplace as a valuable Apprentice. Our students have been preparing for Apprenticeships in a variety of roles from Administration to Health and Social Care.
Taking on an Apprentice can add value to your business and 77% of businesses say that Apprenticeships make them more competitive, with 83% of businesses who hire Apprentices relying on them to provide their skilled workforce of the future.
Employed by you, and working full time in your business, Apprentices receive training from our team of qualified trainers, to work towards nationally recognised qualifications. Almost all training takes place at work so you don’t lose people to ‘day release’.
Apprentice Olivia McGilvray is currently completing an Apprenticeship in Early Years Childcare at Parish CE Primary School and has impressed her employer by excelling in her role and taking on more responsibility to become a key member of the team.
Mark Thomas, Acting Head Teacher at Parish CE Primary School, said: “The training offered to apprentices is of the highest standard and there is a real sense of pride in the achievement of trainees.
“Apprentices are professional, conscientious and take pride in their work.”
