St Helens Chamber Advice and Guidance: Coronavirus: Covid-19 Events and Training Back to News Index
17 Mar 2020
- Business Training
At this point the Chamber continues our training programme, in line with guidance that education providers do not yet need to close. We will continue to monitor the situation carefully and will follow any Government and Public Health England advice.
We have reluctantly made the decision that some seminars, business events, and training that requires use of shared equipment, will not go ahead, in order to minimize the risk to staff and delegates. All decisions are being communicated directly to registered attendees and via our social media channels.
We recommend Members keep themselves up to date with the Government’s latest advice, and NHS information on the virus and how to protect yourselves. Our Business Support team are available on 01744 742015 and can provide information.
You can find official advice and guidance at:
If anyone is struggling with their mental health at present there is also advice on the NHS website https://www.nhs.uk/oneyou/every-mind-matters/
We understand that the situation is changing all of the time, and we are monitoring the situation on your behalf. If you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to contact: firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com, or any Chamber colleagues.
Thank you for your enquiry. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
