Clickworks
Thanks to funding from the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority, we are pleased to offer this course free of charge provided that learners were aged 19 or above as of 31/8/22 and reside in the Liverpool City Region.
The course provides an introduction to computers and the internet and would be suitable for learners who have little or no IT skills. Learners may lack confidence in using computers or have had little experience with using them.
Course content:
Learners will work towards gaining the following skills and knowledge;
• Using a keyboard, mouse, touchscreen and computer
• Accessing the internet, using online forms, email and search engines
• Video calling, online shopping, socialising online, watching & listening online
• Staying safe online.
Progression and related jobs:
Learners who complete this course may wish to progress to Entry Level 3 Essential Digital Skills to further their confidence and skills with using computers.
