Thanks to funding from the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority’s Adult Education Budget, we are pleased to offer this course free of charge – provided that attendees were aged 19 or above as of 31/8/22 and reside in the Liverpool City Region.
This free course will help students to develop a strong foundation of bookkeeping knowledge and skills needed to work in accountancy and finance or to go on to study higher-level bookkeeping or accountancy.
Qualification:
AAT Level 2 Certificate in Bookkeeping
Course content:
- Introduction to Bookkeeping
- Principles of Bookkeeping Controls.
- confidently carry out typical bookkeeping transactions and tasks.
- understanding of how typical tasks are automated through use of accounting software.
Related jobs and progression:
This qualification can lead to further study in bookkeeping or accountancy or to employment as a Clerical Assistant, Trainee Bookkeeper, Accounts Clerk, Finance Assistant or an Accounts Administrator.
