Students on the Fast Track to Employment Programme will come to you ready to work, knowing what’s expected of them and with a range of qualifications.

The programme varies depending on the students age, experience level and desired career. Students from this programme have:

Completed employability training

Students will gain a Level 2 employability qualification, meaning they know exactly what’s expected of them in the workplace and know how to behave professionally.

Gained qualifications

Students will gain Business Administration (Level 2), Essential Digital Skills and Cybersecurity qualifications to give them excellent transferable skills.

Completed a work experience placement

Before they come to you, students will have put their knowledge into practice by completing a work experience placement in their chosen field.
