Topographical and Utilities Survey Framework – St Helens Council

Description: The Council is seeking to create a framework of three specialist surveying contractors to undertake topographical and utility surveys across its school and public building estate.
The framework will be for two years with the potential to extend the period for two separate additional years.
Surveys will be procured on a call off arrangement, following a mini tender competition between those on the framework.
