Alphabond Technologies Ltd supply technical adhesive solutions to the food and beverage industry through our Triple-P promise – productivity, presentation and profitability. Following a recent internal review of our sales function, we have identified some key areas of weakness for the business that we need to address to enable us to get back to strong growth again, these include; coaching individuals in the sales teams with best practice tools and techniques and synchronizing these best practices so they are embedded through the entire team.
We are looking to work with a specialist process-led sales coach who can deliver a sales team development project.
