The scope of service will generally be through RIBA Stages 2-4 which will include the requirement to • Review the existing condition information • Continuous engagement with the Capital Projects Officer to ensure scope matches requirements and meets the Council’s and key stakeholders expectations. • Preparation of technical specifications and drawings for building fabric and MEP designs in accordance • Provide indicative programme to completion of construction works, • Provide associated estimated costings. • Development of tender documentation (based on a standard JCT Form of Contract). • Management of works including quality monitoring and Contract Administration throughout the contract duration. • Provide Principal Designer duties throughout the contract duration under CDM Regs 2015. • Support the Council’s Places Services in undertaking liaison with the statutory authority’s in regards to the works. • Liaising with Council Places Services in determining suitable contractors to carry out works to the swimming pool.
