Description of services required:
AdvizerTech were founded in 2002 and since then our business has gone from strength to strength. We provide financial planning advice to a wide range of clients which largely comprises, corporations, small to medium sized companies and high net worth individual clients.
We have undertaken a review of the business and, given our ambitions for the next 3 years, we feel we will need a revised strategic approach to our growth objectives.
Following a recent internal review of our sales function, we have identified some key areas of weakness in the business that we need to address to enable us to strengthen our market share. These include; recruitment as in growing the number of adviser sales personnel to at least a further 2, coaching individuals within the bigger sales team with best practice tools and techniques and synchronizing these best practices so they become embedded through the entire group.
The key focus areas for this project will be as follows:
- Review of our current Strategy
- Creation of a fresh strategic approach where appropriate
- Development of a larger sales team to grow the out bound distribution
- Development of a strategy focusing on the retention and growth of core customer base
- Leadership and Management development coaching for the senior and middle management
