Description of Service Required:We are a leading provider of Industrial Gearboxes, Geared Motors and Electric Motors, offering world-class brands including GSM and STM. Based in Winsford, but operating nationwide, we are a family business that has been trading for over 25 years. Although we have enjoyed sustained growth and success since our inception, the advent of Brexit has fundamentally changed the business dynamics of the UK market in which we operate. Whilst Brexit will present challenges to the UK economy some UK based companies, including a number of our clients, now see increased export opportunities, due both to the favourable pound exchange rate, and the opening of trade to other countries outside the EU. This is of particular interest to British OEM’s, who form the majority of our clientele. In confirmation of this, our existing OEM clients are reporting increased enquiries from overseas and they are now gearing up to expand into those markets.

Consequently, we are looking to further increase our business by implementing a revised marketing strategy designed to be the premium supplier within this new export growth opportunity. This new strategy will be designed to open the doors to new avenues of business, in particular, this growing OEM market. In addition, we recognise that for each Gearbox in use, there are a number of associated Motors and Ancillary Products required. In the light of the new opportunities for expansion into the gearbox market, we are also looking to implement a diversification strategy for supplying and supporting the accompanying Motors and Ancillary Products.
