Background
LSM Multiservices Ltd is the leading thermal insulation company based within the Merseyside area.Insulation is the key to increased energy efficiency in commercial and residential buildings, industrial applications and in the oil, gas and chemical industry. When energy is generated, transported or stored, part of the valuable resource gets lost when the equipment is poorly insulated.
We, at LSM Multiservices, are specialist contractors for the thermal insulation of pipe work and tanks (both domestic and industrial) and in-house sheet metal fabrication.
We have engineers skilled in their chosen fields with over 30 years’ experience, which enables LSM Multiservices Ltd to provide services efficiently, reliably and professionally.

Requirement
To have the company grow and increase our customer base, we need a universal cutting and drilling machine to speed up the manufacturing process. Currently the metal is cut using hand powered tools and guillotines which limits our productivity.
Deliverable Timescale
We expect the project to commence no later than May 2022 and to be completed by July 2022
Indicative Budget.
The machine required is quite unique and difficult to source and as a result we would expect the price range to be between £100,000 and £200,000.

Quotations will be assessed and scored on the following criteria:

Does supplier offer value for money.
Deliverability Within Specified Timescales 20%
Supplier must demonstrate they can deliver the requirement to timescales above
Meeting Specification Details 30%
Supplier must demonstrate all specifications met
Supplier Suitability 30%
Supplier must demonstrate they have the capability to deliver the requirement
