Please click here to view full RFQ document
Self Build Heroes help self builders throughout the UK achieve their dream home by helping them through the self-build journey. A team of ex-military veterans brings the dedication, discipline and expertise that all self-build projects need if they are to be delivered on-time and on-budget, coping with all the challenges that the process inevitably throws up. We are a company with a strong social ethos, a determination to help our customers, and a clear idea about what we feel is wrong with the way that the industry works at the moment.
We have been working to improve our brand identity to make sure that it reflects our quality as a company. Our website (www.selfbuildheroes.co.uk) needs overhauling to appeal more strongly to our target audience, communicate core messages and attract search traffic, and we need to support that with improved social media marketing and videos.
We require a strategy and brand review and an updated website that clearly showcases our services, capabilities and expertise. The website should position Self Build Heroes as a leading company in our sector, projecting a more modern, exciting and interesting image. We will need support to revise the copy to communicate this message, as well as to prepare images and videos to use on the site. We envisage that the site will have between 10 and 15 pages and we will need be able to edit the site on a regular basis to change content and add news and updates, so the CMS should be easy-to-use. We wish to retain the existing domain name and the supplier will take responsibility for this.
Our aims for this project are:
- Position ourselves as a thought leader in our industry.
- Demonstrate customer and commercial value
- Orienting our content towards the customer
- Showcase our company’s culture and ethos
- Featuring video content that allows our customers to see what we do and how we do it.
We require recommendations on how to get the website in front of our target audiences. Please include cost for any digital marketing services that you recommend, that will help us reach key decision makers.
We are looking for the supplier to have demonstrable ability in using digital channels to target potential customers, in particular through video and social media marketing. We are looking for a company that can demonstrate a track record of:
- Driving enquiries through social campaigns.
- Search Engine Marketing
- Social Media Management & Content Creation
- Website management
- Setting goals, and monitoring & reporting against targets
